Functional description:
     Power:When start the switch power supply, the indicator light up,can do the       next step.

     Welding voltage:Digital display for the welding energy display,if the diameter       of thermocouple wire is small,set low values,if the diameter large,set high values.It's    convenient for customer to precise control.

     Adjusting knob:ajust the knob for different diameter of thermocouple wire, then      can get good welding effect.

     Charge lamp:When start welding,the light up,show the equipment is welding          charging, need to wait.When the light is darken or off says to complete.
     If your voltage is 110V,pls use the voltage converter.

     Discharge button :Press the button, the welding is complete.

     +/- jack field:is welding electrode connection socket,+connect electrode holder,    - connect bonding(The port under Power supply is charging power input port).

 

Operating instructions:
     Use special smart charger connect the unit,red indicator light up shows is charging,yellow indicator light up shows charging is complete.

     Insert the electrode holder to "+",insert bonding to "-",ensure the connection is tightly. 

     Press the power switch, indicator light up.Adjust energy knob, the charging light is lit up, when digital display value stability, then can weld with the prepared        thermocouple wire.

     put on the glasses,use electrode holder clamp the bare thermocouple wire,the wire outer end should keep a distance of 3-5mm with the electrode holder.

      Put the bonding near to the welding position,then put the thermocouple wire to the welding position,stay.

      The discharge light is lit up,automatic welding in 3 seconds later, without manual operation.Loosen the electrode holder after the welding,then the unit will charge to the voltage set last time automatically.

     the unit can weld 40 connection points one time.When turn on the power switch,the  indicator light can't up in a long time,the unit should charge again.



Attensions:
     Before welding,polish and clean up the thermocouple weld position of workpiece, to ensure the reliable contact,avoid to produce thermal resistance, damage to the electrode  holder and thermocouple wire.

     When welding, human body can't contact with two output electrodes at the same time, avoid electric shock, handheld electrode holder part should keep insulation, to prevent leakage.
